How a board gets made

    Spec the blank

    Poplar, European oak, or walnut to start — plus beech and rubberwood in the gallery. Width, height, and thickness in millimeters.

  2. 02

    Place the holds

    Pills, slants, pockets, and lettering. Spacing follows your stated bodyweight so the remaining wood still works.

  3. 03

    We mill and ship

    The site saves a JSON representation. CAM still happens in the shop. You get a finished board, not a toolpath.
