How a board gets made

    Spec the blank

    Beech, oak, or walnut. Width, height, and thickness in millimeters — the piece we put on the mill.

  2. 02

    Place the holds

    Pills, slants, pockets, and lettering. Spacing follows your stated bodyweight so the remaining wood still works.

  3. 03

    We mill and ship

    The site saves a JSON representation. CAM still happens in the shop. You get a finished board, not a toolpath.
